Indicaciones
Para adultos y niños mayores de 6 años:
- Usar dos veces al día después de cepillarse con dentífrico
- Enjuagarse enérgicamente con 10 ml (2 cucharaditas) de producto entre los dientes durante 1 minuto y luego escupir
- No tragar el enjuague
- No comer ni beber nada durante 30 minutos después de enjuagarse
- Enséñales a los niños menores de 12 años de edad a adquirir buenos hábitos de enjuague (para reducir la posibilidad de que traguen el contenido).
- Supervisar a los niños según sea necesario hasta que puedan usarlo sin supervisión
- Niños menores de 6 años: consultar a un médico o dentista.

My go to mouthwash!
I love alcohol free Listerine! I hate the burning sensation of most mouthwashes. But this leaves my breath fresh, clean, and without the after burning affects. Highly recommend!

Sloughing indeed
Pretty freaky and awful experience, glad I'm not the only one. Didn't even know this was a thing that could happen, feels like my mouth is disentigrating. Would give negative stars if it were possible.

As a hygienist I am not happy with this product. After use it causes immediate sloughing of the oral tissues. White coating with just a finger swipe in the mouth.

Mouth peeling
I really liked how this mouthwash made my mouth feel completely clean, but after using it the next few hours my gums started peeling off. This continued for days until I figured out it could be the mouth wash causing it. I switch to another wash and had no problems.

Oldie But Goodie

Well with age comes wisdom. I've been using Listerine mouthwashes for several years. It does not taste nasty. It gives my mouth a freshness that I like!

Good for everyday
Really like this mouthwash for everyday use. It has the bacterial fighting properties but also the benefit of fluoride. For me personally, it still is too strong of an alcohol taste.

Mouth Sores and Peeling Gums
I do not like listerine total care. I was using it for about 1 month when I noticed mouth sores all inside my inner lower lips and peeling gums. Please do not buy!

Mouth peeling
Being using this for about a month and my mouth peels every single morning about an hour to 2 after using it. It doesn’t hurt but it’s very annoying. I see it’s supposed to be “normal” but that doesn’t seem right. I don’t understand how I have skin left in my mouth at this point.

Harmless or not…
The skin sloughing effect is disgusting & such a bother. I don’t care how fresh it makes my breath, picking rolls of your own skin out of your mouth all day after use makes me never want to use this product again. Fix the formula.

Gross rubbery feeling in mouth, peeling skin
I bought this a couple weeks ago in hopes of bettering my dental health, have been using it since. I noticed yesterday and today just how dry and rubbery it made my mouth feel, and then I realized that there were pieces of skin laying around my gum line. Looked at reviews and found that I'm not the only one. What the hell Listerine??

Peeling mouth after first use
Used this in the morning, then about an hour later while in a meeting I had to excuse myself as I felt there was stuff floating in my mouth. I then proceeded to pull out an excessive amount of long white peels of skin from my gums and cheeks. It kept happening over the course of the next several hours. I couldn't keep my mouth clear of it until around lunch time.

Appreciate Non Alcohol But Not the Mouth Peeling
I just started trying Listerine Total Care Zero and for a few days really enjoyed the sensation and the feel that it was working. Then began to notice skin on the inside of my mouth peeling off later in the day. I have seen that many people have experienced this as well, so may go back to regular Listerine, which never caused this problem for me.

Bad experience with non alcoholic mouth wash
I'm using Listerine (alcoholic) mouth wash from 3 years. This time I bought the non alcohol Listerine thinking it will be good for teeth and gums. First day i feel little dryness in the mouth, but ok after some time. But two days later I had white slimy skin tissue. Found it was coming from my mouth when I brushed my teeth. Inside cheeks, gums and roof of mouth. Same thing happened next day. I didn't observed this issue with regular Listerine mouth wash. I don't know what is the problem with this non alcoholic mouth wash???????

I prefer the Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash with Zero alcohol, having a sensitive mouth, this one doesn't feel as if my mouths on fire, I still get all the same benefits with the Total care zero and my mouth feels fresh and clean after each use.

Terrible sloughing and burning
I bought this a few days ago without reading the reviews because my dentist recommended getting a non-alcoholic mouthwash and I realized that I was getting terrible white film/gunk coating my gums and numbness in my tongue/mouth from it. More than half of the other reviews seem to cite the same problem, so it's ridiculous that Listerine hasn't done anything to address it. Would not recommend at all.
