Leaves my breath fresh after use. Great to keep in car, purse, or pocket. Works quickly. I will say the flavor at first is very strong so if your not a fan of that maybe stay away.

Breath strips
These I love to hate! They are great to have in hand and definitely kill bad breath. I like to keep them in my car for when I can't brush. My only complaint is they are way to strong. I wish there was a slightly less stronger version
