Indicaciones
Para adultos y niños mayores de 6 años:
- Usar dos veces al día después de cepillarse con dentífrico
- Enjuagarse enérgicamente con 10 ml (2 cucharaditas) de producto entre los dientes durante 1 minuto y luego escupir
- No tragar el enjuague
- No comer ni beber nada durante 30 minutos después de enjuagarse
- Enséñales a los niños menores de 12 años de edad a adquirir buenos hábitos de enjuague (para reducir la posibilidad de que traguen el contenido).
- Supervisar a los niños según sea necesario hasta que puedan usarlo sin supervisión
- Niños menores de 6 años: consultar a un médico o dentista.

I noticed that with repeated use of the mouthwash my gums and cheeks have begun peeling layers of skin. I've never had this before with a mouthwash and it's quite disappointing that none of the materials included with the product mention this is a potential side effect. I've discontinued using it right away and dumped the rest of the bottle. Amazed that this stuff if still sold in stores.

Very effective at affordable price
I like the packaging on this and the way it tastes, it's not too strong but works great leaves my teeth feeling very fresh. If you're looking for something that works great at an affordable price I recommend this.

SLOUGHING
Used the zero alcohol mouthwash and 20 mins later I rubbed my tongue around my mouth and it became coated in cheek skin?!?! Trying not to freak out but still pulling this stuff out of my mouth. So gross. Will never use again.

Leaves terrible buildup/ film
I have used the total care for over a year and accidentally bought this zero alcohol version. It is absolutely gross. My mouth feels like a cotton ball afterward and a film develops. Don't use.

I never leave reviews for products but I thought this was worth putting out there for other people. I used the regular listerine with zero issues, and just recently bought the zero alcohol total care. I have some experience working in the dental field, so it am familiar with what sloughing is— from the looks of other reviews it happens with each use. After my first use, I immediately noticed a weird sensation in my gums and cheeks. I know this was not normal. About an hour after use a slimy film came out of my mouth, which was sloughing caused by the mouth wash. I’m super disappointed because it was money spent that likely will never get returned for a product that should be discontinued. I will not be using it anymore as it is not worth putting myself at risk to more slouching.

I love Listerine brand mouthwash and recently I have been using the zero alcohol one to avoid the burn and after feeling of using the mouthwash. I wanted something that was just as effective to kill the germs but with less harshness to my mouth.
